19-year-old Los Angeles based Rapper D Savage 3900 is one of those so called 'Soundcloud Rappers' that has built his own unique platform and continues to rise in the ranks with each release. Today he shares a new hazy banger produced by 16 YROLD titled "I Don't See A Thing."
