MIXTAPE: NIPSEY HUSSLE & BINO RIDEAUX "NO PRESSURE"
It has been sort of an eventful week on social media for Slauson Boy Rapper Nipsey Hussle. In addition to making the announcement of the end of he and long time partner Lauren London's relationship, he posted the following photo of himself at Tidal headquarters with the following announcement about his long awaited VictoryLap album.
To the delight of fans the rapper has returned in hand with new music, but the kicker is it's not VictoryLap. Instead, Nipsey Hussle teams up with West Coast Rapper Bino Rideaux for their collaborative tape No Pressure. The eight track project has one lone feature from Dave East with the rest of the work handled by the pair of rappers themselves. With production from The Furturistiks' Mike & Keyz along side gems from Mike G, Axel Folie and more, the project hosts a myriad of sounds both West Coast influenced and structured with contemporary Rap in mind. The two rappers compliment each other well with the classic and nonchalant strike of Nipsey Hussle's unrelenting flow alongside the rap-sung flows of Bino Rideaux.
