EP: JIDENNA "BOOMERANG"
Jidenna released his first full length album The Chief at the top of the year and though the dust is still settling around the release and songs like "Bambi" continue to do well on the charts, the Wisconsin bred Artist and Producer felt the need to share more new music and revisit some of his classics with his new Boomerang EP.
The six track project boast mostly all new tracks excluding a remix to the breakout hit "Bambi" dubbed "Bambi Too" assisted by Maleek Berry, Quavo & Sarkodie and the previously released "Little Bit." Jidenna immediately opens the EP with a saucy voicemail skit before dropping the heavy bass boosted production on "Decibels and follows up with the Afro-beat leaning record "Boomerang."
This entire project makes you want to dance and between the petty sentiments on "Spy Candy" and the ambitious & hungry nature of tracks like "Little Bit" and "Out of Body" this project has something for everyone.
